Both Bobbie and Victor arrived at my home to help troubleshoot an issue with a breaker. They both went above and beyond in not only making the repair, but also in explaining in detail the root cause of the issue (a leak in the roof). They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and ensured I was satisfied with the service they provided. Highly recommend.

I needed a little backup from a licensed electrician to deal with a semi-exposed “hot” electric cable that could have been a catastrophe. With Tony’s help, we were able to resolve the issue successfully to give me peace of mind. I am very pleased with the company’s response to my needs.

Installed ring doorbell. Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Service was fast and they tested their work! Only concern was they came to door without masks. Quickly went to van and got them and wore them throughout our interaction and were very okay with being asked to mask up. Would have preferred they came to door masked during these covid times. Would definitely use them again.

The person who answered my service call was Greg Hord. He went out of his way to get me power quickly. He did his best to make it as cost effective as possible. He was willing to treat our situation as an emergency because he understood my son's needs. I have a non-verbal autistic son. Greg talked to my son and asked me about him. When the repairs were done and the power company hadn't turned on the power, Greg off duty called the inspector to see if it was called in yet. This small thing saved us a night of cold without power. Greg had me text his cell as soon as power was on to be sure everything worked. His compassion, expertise, speed, effectiveness, and follow up made him our hero. I hope his boss understands what an asset he is and compensates him accordingly!
